This is my 2nd year walking for womens cancer.
Cancer is tough, but we're tougher
In May 2020, I’m walking 42km as part of the Hawaiian Walk for Women’s Cancer. I’m doing it to raise much needed funds for women’s cancer research in WA at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
After being diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer myself, I feel privileged to be well enough to do this walk again, contributing in some small way to vital research to find a cure or at least greatly improved treatment for myself and so many others. This disease claims far too many lives and desperatly needs more funding . I am fundraising in the lead up to the event and would be so grateful for your support. Please consider giving to my donation page, every small amount goes a long way. Thank you!
Let’s walk towards a cancer-free future – together.
