This is my 5th year walking for womens cancer.

In memory of Grandma Uppal

In May 2021, I’m challenging myself to walk 35km as part of the Women’s Cancer Challenge. In August 2020, our family lost our beautiful grandmother in such a short space of time, to cancer.

Whilst we're only left with grandma's memories, there is still hope for future generations, and fundraisers like these keep our loved ones memories alive, and help to ensure that our mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loved ones – living with cancer stay with us for as long as possible.

Lyle, myself and our children weren't able to fly to the UK to give our loved ones one last hug, all we can do from afar is keep their love of life and positive spirit alive with such events. I'll be doing the walk over the course of the week around the area in which we live, a place grandma used to enjoy walking around when she visited.

I would be so grateful for your support. If you can't join me (I'd love the company), please give generously to my donation page.

Let’s walk towards a cancer-free future – together.
