WALKING FOR MY MUM 🤍
In 2022, when I was 32 weeks pregnant with my second child, my Mum was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer. After an incredibly difficult six months of caring for a newborn while watching Mum bravely fight this cruel disease, my rock and biggest cheerleader passed away.
Through this experience, I’ve met and spoken with many people who have been affected by Cancer - either personally or through a loved one - and it’s heartbreaking to see just how widespread the disease is. That’s why I’ve chosen to take part in the Harry Perkins Women’s Walk for Cancer; to help raise vital funds for research that can lead to better prevention, treatments and ultimately a cure.
