My Walk for Women’s Cancer — a journey that means more to me than just kilometres on a path. It’s a walk filled with love, memories, and the hope that one day, no family will have to hear the words “you have cancer.”
Too many women — and men — have had their lives shattered by this devastating disease. Too many stories have been cut short. Too many battles fought with unimaginable strength. And far too many loved ones lost.
I’m walking for them.
For the fighters still battling.
For the survivors who inspire us.
For the families who carry the weight of grief.
And for a future where early detection, better treatments, and lifesaving research give every person a fighting chance.
Together, step by step, we can kick cancer’s butt and move closer to a world where no one has to face this alone.

Cancer Stops With Me!
On Saturday 2 May 2026, I'm challenging myself to walk 35km as part of the New Town Toyota Walk for Women's Cancer. I'm doing this Walk to do something big for our mums, sisters, daugthers, friends and loved ones living with cancer.
This year I'm committed to raising vital funds for women’s cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research because the women we cherish deserve to live longer, healthier lives free from cancer.
There is so much more to be done to ensure that women of WA confronting cancer stay with us for as long as possible. I am training and fundraising in the lead up to the event. I would be so grateful for your support. If you can't join me (I'd love your company), please give generously to my donation page.
