Cancer ends with me!

The walking training is underway for this year’s New Town Toyota Walk for Women's Cancer. I’ve been lucky enough to find a new early morning walking buddy, Gaye, who doesn’t mind me dragging her on scary walks in the dark!! It really is the best way to start the day.
The 35km walk is on Saturday, 3rd May. If you would like to join the team and join us on the walk just get in touch. If you can’t walk & would like me to do it for you, please click on the link below and help raise money for the Perkins Institute as they do research to find a cure for Womens cancers.
Last year we had two of our team battling breast cancer. Both only 40 years old. If not for early detection, they may have a different outcome but both Cassie & Andrea can look forward to being cancer free.
So a reminder to all those young women turning 40…go & get your free mammogram & check those boobies.
